Bullysticks Organic’s return policy is to offer a full refund of the invoiced product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Customer is responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging and for paying all shipping costs. As we sell consumable items, we are unable to accept returns of opened product. If you plan to make a return, Bullysticks Organic will need to be notified within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Customer must also contact Bullysticks Organic within seven (7) days of receipt of order to file any claims for shortages and or damages to products purchased. All returns must be received by Bullysticks Organic within three weeks of notification of a return. If you would like to process a return, please contact Bullysticks Organic via email or phone to obtain authorization for your return. A copy of your invoice and/or packing list should be included with the returned product. Ship your return to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure prompt delivery.
